Rick Aardema is the owner and founder of Home & Property Review and has many years of experience in real estate investment and construction.  Rick started Home & Property Review with the belief that solid working knowledge, a good eye and great communication are important to your successful inspection.

 

His vast experience includes work in home building, major remodeling, general contracting of residential and commercial construction projects and real estate investing.  Rick also carries a pest control license for Illinois and Indiana.
